Vanilla-Maple Chia Seed Pudding

Vanilla Chia Pudding is made with 4 simple ingredients, naturally sweetened and pairs great with fresh berries and pili nuts! It’s thick, creamy and makes a perfect healthy breakfast or dessert!


Preparation time: 1 hour


Ingredients:

55g Chia Seeds

320ml Water

6 tbsp (or less) Maple Syrup

35g Original pili nuts

½ tsp vanilla extract

1 pinch Sea salt


Instructions:

1. Place all ingredients (except chia seeds) into a blender and blend to a smooth consistency.

2. Whisk in chia seeds.

3. Pour mixture into a bowl, jar or glass container and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight to let it gel.

4. When set, top with fruits/nuts & pili nuts of choice.
