Raw Macacao & Pili nuts cookies

A fantastic dehydrated cookie recipe. These delicious cookies are almost like cakes, with a lovely soft texture that melts in your mouth.

Preparation time: 3 hours


70g Original Pili Nuts

9 tbs Pulsin Cacao & Maca Protein Powder

1/2 cup desiccated Coconut

12 dates (pre-soaked)

200g Coconut Flour

2 tbs Organic Corn Syrup

1 drop Vanilla Extract

4 tbs Raw Cacao Powder

Pinch of Salt

50g Raisins

1 tbs almond butter

1 tbs coconut oil


Blend together pili nuts, desiccated coconut, coconut flour, set aside.

Next step - blend dates, pulsin protein powder, salt, raw cacao, corn syrup, coconut oil and almond butter. Once done, transfer mixture to the first batch that we blended. Transfer to a bowl and add raisins, a little water if too dry and mix well until you get a dough like consistency. Once ready, start forming the cookies. For the last touch, dehydrate them to get that cookie texture feel. If you don’t have the dehydrator you can use a normal oven and bake at 42°c for about 40 minutes. Our cookies are ready! Enjoy!
