Super easy breakfast idea that not only looks pretty but tastes absolutely delicious! Topped with pili nuts, peanut butter, coconut nut butter, strawberries, bananas and chia seeds. This nutritious and colourful toast will put a smile on your face.
Preparation time: 10 minutes (makes 2 toasts)
20g pili turmeric & ginger nuts Sourdough bread
2 tbs peanut butter
1 tbs cup coconut butter
half banana (sliced)
Fresh mint leaves
Take your bread and spread peanut and coconut butter. Top with banana, sliced strawberries. Sprinkle some chia seeds and pili nuts. You can additionally add some fresh mint leaves and pumpkin seeds for the decoration. Be creative!
