90% dark chocolate chunks INSTRUCTIONS:
In a high speed blender process all ingredients together apart from chocolate chunks & desiccated coconut.
Pour the mixture out into a mixing bowl and fold in the chocolate chunks. Using a cookie scooper, scoop out 8 even sized balls and roll using your hands.
Sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
Place balls onto a plate and refrigerate for 20 minutes prior to serving. Best stored in the refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
