How about a creamy, fiber-rich, naturally sweet smoothie created with an intention to make it warming rather than cooling, perfect for battling a cold or simply boosting your immune system.

20g pili nuts
1 ripe banana
Coconut Water from fresh coconut
1 thumb Ginger root
1ts Maca Powder
1 ts sesame seeds (optional)
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth,
adding more coconut water if needed.
2. Taste to adjust flavour as per your taste, you could try to add more
spices for more warming effect.
3. Garnish with some pili nuts and shredded coconut.
You can keep it in the fridge for 1 day.
To make it even more warming try adding spices such as black pepper,
turmeric, cloves, cayenne pepper, cinnamon.
