Ambrosial Pili Nut & Avo Hummus

This creamy, rich & creamy hummus is made with turmeric & ginger pili nuts and is ready in 10 minutes. Serve with crunchy seasonal veg or warm sourdough bread.

Ambrosial delicious & creamy vegan pili nut and avocado hummus

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients: 1 can chickpeas

70g turmeric & ginger pili nuts

1 ripe avocado, cored and peeled

1/3 cup tahini

1/2 lime juice

1 cloves garlic

3 tbsp. olive oil/ or rapeseed oil plus more for serving

1/4 tsp. cumin

1 ts himalayan salt

chopped coriander or parsley, for garnish

red pepper flakes, for garnish Instructions:

Combine chickpeas, pili nuts, avocado, tahini, lime juice, garlic, olive oil and cumin in the bowl of a food processor and season with salt. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into serving bowl and garnish with coriander and red pepper flakes. Drizzle with more olive oil and your ambrosial hummus is ready.
