Wild Blackberry & Chocolate Cake

Wild Blackberry & Chocolate Cake

Here at Raw and Wild, we like to promote healthy recipes exclusively prepared by our team. One of the main aspects of our dishes is simplicity as we like to come up with recipes that are easy to make and that don't require a lot of ingredients. This time we have collected some seasonal blackberries in our local nature reserve. Our chef often creates spontaneous recipes depending on what is available in the kitchen. This leads to creative ways of making food, in the way that feels unpredictable and fun. We highly recommend you to try it as you can come up with something absolutely new. Like this recipe, for example, was made it unplanned and it turned out to be an amazingly delicious raw cake :) what a joy!

Preparation time: 1 hour

Ingredients:

22g Raw Chocolate & Coconut Pili nuts
22g Original Pili Nuts Snack Pack
1 Banana
50g Black Tahini Seeds
200g Blackberries
3-4 pitted dates
100 ml maple syrup

Additional: (can be improvised with other superfoods)

2 tsp raw cacao powder
1 tsp spirulina

Instructions:
Blend together original pili nuts, half amount of maple syrup, dates and tahini seeds. Once you get a dough like consistency put it on a small cake tray or a plate and form the base with tiny walls around. After put it in the freezer for about 30mins to harden. In the meantime let's make our filling by blending 1 banana, blackberries, add remaining maple syrup, you may have some superfood powders if you have some, we added some spirulina and cacao powder. Once blended you should get a thick consistency that you would then fill in your dough/base with. Subsequently put everything back in the freezer for another couple of hours, so that the cream can get frozen. And lastly put in the fridge or room temperature depending on how soon you would like to eat it, so it gets soft and defrosted. Enjoy!
