Keto berry Mess

High protein, gluten free, vegan, keto, sugar free, gut friendly dessert by Melissa Laycy (Nutrition Gut Health Coach)


INGREDIENTS:
  • 22g Activated Pili Nuts Original
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup plant based yoghurt
  • 1/3 cup frozen berries
  • 1 scoop strawberry protein
  • 1/4 tsp cranberry powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix the coconut cream and yoghurt together and then let the berries thaw in the mixture.
Stir in the protein powder well. Top with more berries and pili nuts!
