These crispy fried tacos are an easy and healthy weeknight meal. The tacos are stuffed with spicy pili nuts, dried tomatoes, black beans, mole sauce, drizzled with lime juice.
Corn flour tortillas (Gluten-free)
Black Beans (cooked)
Mole (Raw & Wild Recipe)
50g Chilli Pili nuts (crushed)
Place tortillas on a baking tray and warm in 180c oven for 5 minutes.
Spread mole sauce on each taco and layer with lettuce, black beans, diced tomatoes, chopped cilanatro and crushed pili nuts, top with salsa and squeeze lime juice for that extra fresh kick. Enjoy!
